Last updated: July 25, 2026

Scope and Publisher

This policy applies to the Android applications below, published on Google Play by AutumnSun. It covers information handled when you install, open, or use a current version of an app.

The current apps do not require an AutumnSun account and are not designed to collect precise GPS location. We do not sell personal data.

App-by-App Data Practices

The Google Play disclosures below reflect each app's Data safety label as of the last-updated date above. Feature data means content or progress used to provide a function you request.

Permissions and Your Choices

An app requests device access only when a related feature needs it. Depending on the app, this may include camera access for tracing or scanning, selected photo or file access for importing and saving, and notification access for optional Crypto Words reminders.

You can decline or later revoke optional permissions in Android settings. The related feature may then be unavailable, while the rest of the app can continue to work where technically possible.

Advertising, Analytics, and Diagnostics

Depending on the app and version, the apps may use Google services for distribution, advertising, analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, updates, and reliability. Some apps display ads through Google AdMob. These providers may process limited technical signals under their own privacy policies, such as app interactions, diagnostics, performance information, IP address, and device or advertising identifiers.

Where a Google Play listing carries a "Contains ads" badge, advertising may involve provider-side processing even when the app's current Data safety label says the developer does not collect or share data. We review app configurations and Play disclosures when app behavior changes.

Relevant provider policies include:

Support Communications

If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and any files you choose to send. We use that information to answer your request, troubleshoot issues, protect the apps, and keep necessary support records. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

Sharing and Legal Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by the service providers described above, disclosed when required by law, or used when reasonably necessary to respond to legal requests, protect users and rights, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain app security and reliability.

Storage, Retention, and Deletion

App content described as local stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it. You can remove local content through in-app controls where available, by clearing the app's storage, or by uninstalling the app. Exported files and content you shared must be deleted from their destination separately.

For Tabu and TraceLens, Google Play currently states that the technical data categories disclosed on their listings are not available for deletion. Their app-specific cards above distinguish this technical data from content stored locally on your device.

Third-party providers keep information according to their own policies. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, or record-keeping purposes. To ask about information we can access, contact autumnsunapp@gmail.com.

Children and Security

The apps are intended for general audiences and do not ask children to create an account or submit names or contact details. Users who are below the age at which they can consent to data processing should use the apps with a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we handle. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Policy Updates and Contact

We may update this policy when an app, service provider, or legal requirement changes. The revised version will appear here with a new last-updated date.
