Vistich

This policy applies to Vistich, published by AutumnSun. It covers information handled when you install, open, or use a current version of the app. Vistich does not require a AutumnSun account and is not designed to collect your precise location. We do not sell personal data.

This policy describes Vistich's planned initial App Store release. No Vistich account is required. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics process usage and diagnostic data, and RevenueCat processes subscription information. Vistich does not sell personal data, show ads, or use data to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.

Photos you select are processed on your device and copied into Vistich's private app container so editable projects can reopen. Project files, imported photo copies, thumbnails, language and appearance preferences, export-quality settings, and onboarding status stay on your device. Vistich does not upload your photos, projects, or exports to our servers.

Vistich uses Apple's system photo picker, which provides only the images you choose without granting general access to your photo library. A separate add-only permission is requested when you save an exported collage to Photos. An internet connection is required to use Vistich, including its online services and subscription checks.

  You can browse the app and its templates, but a collage cannot use your own photos until you select them.

  Used only when you choose to save rendered collage cards to your system photo library.

  Projects can still be edited and exports can still be shared through the system share sheet, but they cannot be saved directly to Photos.

You can decline or later revoke optional permissions in your device's settings. The related feature may then be unavailable, while the rest of the app can continue to work where technically possible.

Google Analytics for Firebase helps us understand product interactions and may process app events, app-instance and device identifiers, device and operating-system information, and an IP address used during transmission. Firebase Crashlytics processes crash reports, installation identifiers, app and device information, and related diagnostics to improve reliability. RevenueCat uses an app user identifier, purchase history, receipt or transaction identifiers, and subscription status to validate purchases and manage premium access. These technical identifiers do not require a Vistich account; this does not mean that all data is anonymous. Photos, project content, and exported collages are not sent to these services. Apple handles payment details; we and RevenueCat do not receive your payment card details.

If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and files you choose to send. We use that information to answer your request, troubleshoot issues, protect the app, and keep necessary support records. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by the service providers described above, disclosed when required by law, or used when reasonably necessary to respond to legal requests, protect users and rights, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain app security and reliability.

Projects and imported photo copies remain in Vistich's local app storage until you delete the relevant content or uninstall the app. Exported or shared copies must be removed from their destination separately. Firebase and RevenueCat retain technical and subscription records according to their policies and applicable obligations. Uninstalling Vistich does not cancel an Apple subscription or automatically delete records held by these providers. Contact us about information we can access; some transaction records may need to be retained for legal purposes.

Third-party providers keep information according to their own policies. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, or record-keeping purposes. To ask about information we can access, contact us.

Vistich is intended for general audiences and does not ask children to create an account or submit names or contact details. Users below the age at which they can consent to data processing should use the app with a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we handle. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

We may update this policy when the app, a service provider, or a legal requirement changes. The revised version will appear here with a new last-updated date.
