Vistich

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Vistich, published by AutumnSun, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to Vistich and to updates that do not provide separate terms.

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vistich on supported devices for lawful purposes. The app is licensed, not sold.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, interfere with, misuse, reverse engineer, extract source code from, bypass security controls in, or create derivative versions of Vistich, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Vistich is a creative tool for editable photo collages, single posts, stories, and continuous carousel cards. Its planned initial App Store release requires an internet connection and can be used without a Vistich account. Premium features are offered through auto-renewable App Store subscriptions managed with RevenueCat. Photos and projects stay on your device; Vistich is not a cloud-storage or backup service.

You retain rights to your own photos and exported collages. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for every photo, name, caption, sticker, or other item you import, create, save, publish, or share, and for keeping independent backups of important projects and exports.

Apple processes subscription payments through your Apple Account. Available plans, included features, price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown before purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal under Apple's terms. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings; deleting Vistich does not cancel it. Cancellation normally leaves access available until the end of the paid period, subject to Apple's terms and any applicable offer. To restore eligible purchases, use the app's restore-purchases option with the Apple Account used to buy them and an internet connection. RevenueCat verifies transactions and subscription access; it does not process your card payment. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases go through Apple and are subject to its decisions and applicable consumer rights. Trials and discounts apply only when explicitly offered on the purchase screen.

Vistich, its original software, interface, branding, and publisher-created content are owned by or licensed to AutumnSun and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party brands do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Vistich uses Firebase Analytics for product analytics, Firebase Crashlytics for diagnostics, and RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage subscriptions. Distribution, payments, and app licensing are also subject to Apple's App Store terms and Standard EULA. Sharing an export to another service is governed by that destination's own terms and privacy practices.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features or the app. We may require updates for compatibility, security, or continued use. Functionality can vary by device, operating-system version, region, network, store availability, or third-party service.

Vistich is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, permanent availability, or suitability for a particular purpose. Keep independent backups of important content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutumnSun is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the app, including loss of data, content, opportunity, or profit. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

We may suspend or end access when these terms are materially violated, when required for security or legal reasons, or when the app is discontinued. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive termination.

We may update these terms when the app, services, or legal requirements change. The revised version will appear here with a new last-updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
