App Terms and Conditions

The rules, responsibilities, and app-specific terms that apply when you use AutumnSun Android applications.

Acceptance and Scope

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using an app published by AutumnSun, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps. These terms apply to the apps below and to updates that do not provide separate terms.

License and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps on supported devices for lawful purposes. The apps are licensed, not sold.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, interfere with, misuse, reverse engineer, extract source code from, bypass security controls in, or create derivative versions of an app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

App-Specific Terms

Each app has a different purpose. The following points form part of these terms and help define the limits of each product.

    Word game

    What this app provides
    An entertainment word game. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hasbro or the owners of Taboo, Tabou, Alias, Uno, or similar trademarks.
    Your responsibility
    Use the game for lawful, personal entertainment and respect the people taking part in each session.

  • TraceLens: Art Guide

    Art and design

    What this app provides
    A creative drawing and tracing aid; it does not grant rights to third-party images, artwork, characters, or other protected material.
    Your responsibility
    You must have the necessary rights or permission for any image or artwork you import, trace, save, publish, or share.

  • Easy PDF Scanner

    Productivity

    What this app provides
    A document scanning utility. It does not provide archival, identity-verification, legal-record, or guaranteed backup services.
    Your responsibility
    You are responsible for the documents you scan, store, export, or share, including their legality, accuracy, confidentiality, and backup.

  • Crypto Words

    Word game

    What this app provides
    A word-puzzle and general-knowledge game. Its puzzles, quotes, poems, facts, clues, challenges, and progress features are provided for entertainment and learning; content accuracy and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.
    Your responsibility
    Its crypto and blockchain category is general-knowledge content, not financial or investment advice or a financial service, and must not be relied on for transactions or investment decisions. XP, streaks, ranks, and achievements are in-app progress only and have no cash or transferable value.

Your Content and Responsibilities

You remain responsible for content you import, create, scan, save, export, publish, or share. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and must not violate laws, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, platform rules, or the rights of others.

You are also responsible for your device, backups, app activity, permission choices, and any network, data, roaming, printing, storage, or other third-party charges related to your use.

Intellectual Property

The apps, their original software, interface, branding, and publisher-created content are owned by or licensed to AutumnSun and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party brands do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Third-Party Services and Advertising

Depending on the app and version, the apps may include advertising or use third-party services with their own terms. Your use of those services is also subject to the relevant provider's rules.

Updates, Changes, and Availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features or an app. We may require updates for compatibility, security, or continued use. Functionality can vary by device, Android version, region, network, store availability, or third-party service.

Disclaimers

The apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, permanent availability, or suitability for a particular purpose. Keep independent backups of important artwork, scans, PDFs, and other files.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutumnSun is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the apps, including loss of data, content, opportunity, or profit. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end access when these terms are materially violated, when required for security or legal reasons, or when an app is discontinued. You may stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive termination.

Terms Updates and Contact

We may update these terms when apps, services, or legal requirements change. The revised version will appear here with a new last-updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
