App Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using an app published by AutumnSun, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

These terms apply to the following apps.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, resell, redistribute, or create derivative versions of the apps unless explicitly allowed by law.

• Tabu:Anlat Bakalım-Bil Bakalım is an entertainment word game and is not affiliated with Hasbro, Taboo, Tabou, Tabu, Tabu, Tabuh, Alias, Uno, or related trademark owners.
• AR Drawing is a creative drawing tool. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any image or artwork you import, trace, save, or share.
• Easy PDF Scanner is a document scanning utility. You are responsible for the documents you scan, store, export, or share.

You are responsible for your device, your app activity, your content, and any network, data, roaming, or third-party charges that may apply while using the apps. You should not use the apps in a way that violates laws, third-party rights, platform policies, or these terms.

The apps may use third-party services that have their own terms. Your use of those services may be subject to the relevant third party terms.

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob
• Google Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics

Some apps may include advertising. We may update, change, suspend, discontinue, or remove features at any time. We may also introduce paid features or services in the future, and any charges will be clearly presented before purchase.

The apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep them useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will always be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or suitable for every purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutumnSun is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the apps.

We may stop providing an app or terminate your right to use an app if you violate these terms or if continued service is no longer practical. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your device if requested.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of the apps after changes means you accept the updated terms.
