NostaLens Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using NostaLens, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NostaLens on your supported Apple devices for lawful, personal purposes. The app is licensed to you, not sold.

You may not copy, modify, translate, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, extract the source code of, or create derivative versions of NostaLens or its trademarks, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

NostaLens is suitable for users aged 4 and above. Users under that age should use the app only with the guidance of a parent or guardian.

You own the photos and videos you create with NostaLens. You are solely responsible for the content you capture, import, filter, save, publish, or share, including making sure you have the necessary rights or permissions for any image, video, or audio you use.

NostaLens does not provide cloud backup or a recycle bin. Photos and videos you create or import are stored only locally on your device. If you delete content in the app, or delete the app itself, that content may be permanently lost and cannot be restored by us.

You are responsible for backing up content you want to keep, for example by saving it to the iOS Photos app or another backup service of your choice.

Any one-time purchases or subscriptions available in NostaLensare billed and processed by Apple through the App Store, and are governed by Apple's own terms. Where a subscription auto-renews, it will renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends, using your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may request a refund within the period allowed by Apple's own policies. You can manage, change, or cancel an active subscription at any time from your Apple ID account settings.

NostaLens, including its software, filters, presets, interface, and branding, is owned by or licensed to AutumnSun and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. References to film stocks, camera brands, or other third-party names used to describe a look are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

NostaLens uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics for diagnostics, and Apple services to process purchases. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

We may update NostaLens from time to time, and you will need to install updates to keep using it. System requirements may change, and we do not promise the app will always be compatible with the iOS version installed on your device. We may also suspend or discontinue the app at any time.

NostaLensis provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. While we aim to keep the app accurate and working correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular visual result, or compatibility with every device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutumnSun is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, NostaLens, including loss of photos, videos, or other data. Nothing in these terms limits any right or protection that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

We may terminate or suspend your access if you materially violate these terms. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the app and delete it from your device. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership and liability provisions, will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new last-updated date, and changes take effect as soon as they are posted. Continued use of NostaLens after an update means you accept the revised terms.
